LeBron Raymone James Sr. was born on December 30th, 1984. He is an American pro basketball player. King James, he's widely considered to be the most successful basketball player ever and is often compared Michael Jordan during debates about the greatest basketballer ever. James is the winner of four NBA champions. He has four NBA MVPs. Four NBA Finals MVPs. Three All-Star MVPs. Two Olympic golds. James is an NBA All-Star and has the highest number of playoff points. He also has with the second most points in his career total and the seventh best assists total in his career. He was named as an NBA All-Star 18 times to the All-NBA Team a record 18 times and on the NBA All-Defensive First Team five times. He was the 3rd player to participate in NBA Finals. Eight of those were consecutive from the year 2011 until 2018. James was named to the NBA's 75th Anniversary Team for 2021. He was the NBA's first player to score 10,000 points, rebounds and assists in 2022. James played basketball in St. Vincent St. Mary High school in Akron, Ohio. James was feted by national media as the next NBA superstar. In 2003 it was the year that it was the time that Cleveland Cavaliers took him first in the NBA draft, as a pre-pro. Named the 2004 NBA Rookie of the Year He quickly established himself as one of the league's premier players winning an NBA MVP award in both 2009 and 2010. James went free agency in 2010 after failing to secure championships for Cleveland. The decision to quit Cleveland in order to join Miami Heat, announced on The Decision, a popular television show The Decision, is considered among the most controversial free agent actions in sports history.
