LeBron Raymone James Sr. (born on December 30, 1984) is an American professional basketball player with the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). King James is widely regarded as one of basketball's greatest players and is frequently compared with Michael Jordan when discussing the most popular basketball player. James is the winner of four NBA titles. There are four NBA MVPs. Four NBA Finals MVPs. Three All-Star MVPs. Two Olympic gold medals. James has earned the second most career goals and seventh most assists. James has been chosen for the NBA All Star team 18 times. Alongside being an NBA All-Star, James was chosen to the NBA All-NBA Team on 18 occasions. He has been a part of the 10 NBA Finals, the third-most of all time. This includes eight straight between 2011 and 2018. James was chosen to be part of the NBA's 75th Anniversary Team for 2021. He was the NBA's first player with 10,000 points, rebounds and assist in 2022. James played basketball at St. Vincent St. Mary High School in Akron Ohio. The national press praised him as an NBA superstar. As a prep to pro his dream, his team, the Cleveland Cavaliers chose him as the top pick during the NBA draft of 2003. In 2004, he received the title of NBA Rookie. He quickly became one of league's top players, and won the NBA MVP in both 2009 and the year 2010. James joined Miami Heat in 2010 when James became a Free Agent after failing to achieve a Championship with Cleveland. The news was broadcast on The Decision.
