Andrea Jeremiah
Andrea Maria Jeremiah, an Indian actress and musician, is best known for her roles in Tamil and Malayalam films. Her debut as an actress was the Tamil film Pachaikili Muthucharam, and her Malayalam debut was with Annayum's Rasoolum. Andrea Jeremiah was raised in the Tamil Nadu region in an Anglo-Indian family. Andrea's father was an Madras High Court lawyer. There is a younger sister who lives and works at Leuven Belgium as an assistant to research. Jeremiah grew up near Chennai and was a student at National Public School before graduating from Women's Christian College. Andrea was able to learn piano during her eighth year. She joined the Jackson Five style troupe Young Stars when she was 10. This group formed the foundation for her music and singing career. At her university she also was an actor and appeared in stage plays organized through The Madras Players. Andrea was the President of Women's Christian College's Student Senate. Andrea began her stage career by appearing in Girish Karanad's Nagamandala. The year 2006 saw her starred in a leo commercial alongside actor Shiva. Also, she acted as a character in Podhigai's series. She's performed on stage in India. She played a brief performance at the close of Kanda Mudhal 2005. Gautham is a character in the film. Menon invited her after she appeared in Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu to appear as the lead female character in Pachaikili Muthucharam. Andrea plays Kalyani as a wife and mother whose man has an affair. Andrea was part of the cast following Simran, Tabu, and Tabu had been approached. The film was released in the early part of 2010, The film was released in August 2011. Venkat Prabhu launched his multi-starrer Mankatha. The film was commissioned to fill a smaller support role. In 2013, she made her debut in Malayalam film with Rajeev Ravi's love movie, Annayum Rasoolum.
