Sharp was born at home in Rochester (New York) and embraced the world of music. While at the Hochstein School of Music, she took classes in cello, clarinet and piano. Sharp's love for theater during her high school years led her to the Boston Conservatory, where she was given an award. Cum Laude awarded Sharp a B.F.A. Sharp began her journey in the stage world after graduation of the Conservatory. She played in The Broadway National Tour of Carousel as well as debuted Off Broadway in Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind. In the improv comedy Eat the Runt, she was a variety of characters. Sharp played Abyssinia as well as Aida on stage, and also. Sharp is also working on other projects which she's working on as well as her projects for screen and stage. Sharp is currently making her debut full-length album for studio work. Sharp, who is often either in front of or behind the camera or in the recording studio to record music, enjoys staying fit.
